Coordinate, Manage and Enforce project timelines. Ensure proper measures are taken when scheduling with property & building owners. Coordinate Manage and Monitor Telco delivery and installation with local Telephone utility company. Coordinate with local Power Utility Company on power installation. Manage and Monitor the power installation process between electrician and local power utility company Supervise and manage contractors and there resources. Ensuring quality construction standards are utilized and timelines are met. GLO Management Solutions will also ensure Job safety per OSHA regulations.
